D44 hp exploded diagram

I know I've seen it somewhere. Does anyone have the link to the exploded view diagram for a hp D44, 78 F250? Or maybe someone can answer my quesion. Is the pinion preload set by shims between the pinion and the outer bearing? It's been too long since I took mine apart and I can remember.

they go on just before the outer bearing more to loosen, less to tighten
