Refreshing news from Harlan, KY

Found this in the news this morning. So at least not all the news about available land is bad.

Pay to play is looking like the way wheeling land is going, especially in more populated ares, the NE comes to mind, but heck its only 3-4 hours to Paragon, 12 hours out to Kentucky or Indiana.....just a couple days to get to Moab.....

That was in the 10/19/04 USA Today on the second page too. I also thought it was kind of refreshing to see something like that in a national paper.
