I have a 1987 Jeep Comanche MJ with a 3in suspension lift. The fenders are cut out as well. I was wondering if a set of 285x75/16R would fit. Any info would help out. Thanks

I think the 285's are like a 33's, Im not too sure about that though. My fenders were cut out when I got the jeep. If I had to guess I would say that they are cut out about 1.5-2in around. I want to put some bushwacker cutout flares on, so I can cut them out more if I need to.

I just went to Quadratec and found a tire conversion formula:
"take your own tire size and use the following conversion to figure out the size of your tire and needed cover": PXXX/YYRZZ equals (((XXX/25.6)*0.YY)*2)+ZZ
For example: P255/75R16 equals (((255/25.6)*0.75)*2)+16=30.94" would need 31" tire cover.
(using that formula my tire is a 33in. tire) I have a 285x75r16
