OME Lift question

OK, So I'm about to order the JC1A rear springs and the OME 934's for my XJ. As I understand it this will give me a 3 inch lift pretty much level set front to rear, right? I think, with this setup, I will have about 2" over the stock Up Country suspension. I already have a shackle & spacer. Since I never want to go higher than about 4-4.5" will I need anything else, besides a trackbar? At this level, will I really need the adjustable upper and lower LCAs? I am also pretty sure, since it's an '01, that I will end up getting an SYE and driveshaft but am going to wait until the vibes actually show up..... Any advice is sincerely appreciated.
