There is a very good chance they are 3:55's but there is no guarantee.

Best way to know for sure is to crack the cover and look at the ring gear if you can't just turn the wheel and count driveshaft revolutions. The ring gear will have the tooth count stamped in it.

I have the same rearend (87D44/242TC) and I'm almost positive its got 3.55s Will be cracking the cover to make sure as soon as I get a chance.

there is usually a tag between a couple of bolts on the cover that will tell you, if it is readable
