How much net lift?

Sounds like a dumb question but I need to know how much lift I actually have?with 8 inch rims and 29 inc tall tires I have 6 inches of gap from top of tires to bottom of flares in front. in back 5.5. any one have any input? ::

try measurong from the center of the hub to the bottom of the fender flair..
17.5" for the front...17.0" for the rear..i got 6" of lift from my RE 4.5 Superflex
