Best 3.5" lift for $500?

I just bought a 1996 Cherokee Country and I would like to get a 3.5" lift put on, and throw some 31" Trxus MTs on it

I was looking at the RE6030 3.5" kit with full leaf pack system. Only thing is, it's $611 + $100 shipping from Dirk, and I'd still need shocks.

Will I be able to get a good quality 3.5" lift, including shocks, for $500 or under? Should I piece it together? What should I get? Will I need an SYE?

If not, the other option will be a 2" RE budget boost, until I can get more $$$ saved to do the lift properly. Which 2" kit is the best option? The RE6160, or the RE6165 with blocks. What exactly is the difference?

Thanks for anwsering my questions

to me, anything with blocks, AAL or shackle will have downsides. here is the link for a 2ish inch lift that is great, cheap, and when your done, you can bost fabrication skills(if you have the time).

you may want to check out:

you also may want to use the search button, and look at the stuff i found...

search button is your friend:
also might want to look into new coils (real cheap) and tehn some hombrew junkyard full spring packs. if you only go 2" you can get BPE(bar pin eliminators) for the front and back and use your stock shocks. Or as with the rock lizzard fab page, zj? i think shocks...

have fun
