another question

For the fall fling I need Shackles or something up front to pull me if I brake. But it say's no welded? I have a boulder bar's bumper, it has nothing. If I can't weld a bracket for shackles what are my "budget" options?

Tow hooks or front receiver hitch. The front receiver hitch is a better choice, but is harder to lineup if you aren't patient.
