OME AAL orientation in leaf pack

Which way does the tapered end go, towards the fron, or the rear?

It has a normally tapered end, and then an end that has more of a shoulder, it necks down. Which end goes what way?

It should only fit one way since XJ's have an offset spring pack!You should have reasonably equal exposure of the leaf above and below!

The tapered end goes toward the front of the Jeep (bigger bushing end). It's tapered so it can fit into the front leaf spring mount.
