Pulling of hub+rotor on D44

I'm working on tearing apart my HP D44 (from a 1979 bronco) and was wondering how to get the hub/rotor assembly off. I took the hub apart and got the nuts out, now do I just need to use a puller?? It just doesn't seem to want to come off.

If you look into the spindle you should be able to see the outer wheel bearing. If not than you missed a nut. If you can than just take a rubber mallet or something & bang on the rotor on one side than the other untill it pops. Those wheel bearings must really be frozen on there. Don't forget to pull the brake calipers.
