AX15, will it hold for a week

I'm thrashing together an XJ for Best of the West. I'm tempted to put in an AX15 since it's 23 spline and will fit the Atlas I have, which is coincidentally passenger drop along with my front 60. Just more work.
Anyway, with one ton axles and 39.5's, will it hold up for a solid week of hard trails. Let's get the opinions going, if the consensus is no I'll go 23 spline AW4 fishing.

Oh one last question, is the pilot bearing retained in the flywheel, or in the crank

Thanks,
Jon

I think it should handle it, especially with the stock motor and 23 spline output, plus the lower t-case gears reduce the load. I wouldn't worry about it. The pilot bushing is in the crank. Hopefully, you have a good slave cylinder/throwout bearing to go with it so you don't have to buy another one.

Keep it going, Jon, you're going to make it. :) :) :)
