u-joints 5-278X vs 5-153X for front driveshaft

Anyone know the difference between these two, I just got parts from a local driveshaft shop, and they gave me 3 153 joints instead of what the catalog says that the two in the CV joint are supposed to be 278 joints.. they look the same... did this guy screw me, or can I use the 153s in place of the 278s?

do the 278s have the grease fitting? last time I looked it didn't seem like the grease (zerk) fitting would fit in the CV.

Apparently the 153s are greasable, and there is another number (5xx) which is the solid center, but all three are apparently the same size...

The greasables will fit the double cardan, but would be nearly inpossible to grease.

i just put 2 neapco greasable ujoints in the cv when i put a front shaft in with my re sye. the zerk is in the cross, and there is just enough room to grease them.
