Finally! It passed emissions!!!

Went down Monday and tried again - failed. Test results showed that I passed NoX, and Co2, (but just barely) and HC was just out of spec. I decided that this could only mean that the catalytic converter was bad. I cut mine out....... friggin' thing was hollow!!!! The previous owner neglected to disclose that he punched it out!!!

So, I snagged a used one from a '95 that my friend was parting and swapped it in.

Got new registration stickers on my license plate now......... arty:

Congrats. Just passed mine too. Ah...emissions tests...kinda like waiting for a grade school report card. Except your parents aren't there to beat your ass. :laugh:
