Above is the original post in regards to this subject.
I have determined that it is not the control arms because everything is tight and the bushings are good. However, I do beleive it is the front DS.
When I had the the Jeep up yesterday, I checked the rotation of the fron DS, and there was a good 45* worth of rotation before the front wheels would trun. When I turned the shaft fast to take up the salck, it was the same exact sound as I get when braking the frist time, as mention in the link above.
What an be the cause of this? There is no up and down play in the DS, and the diff is set-up correctly.
Someone has to have had the same problem as this, so please give me some ideas for a solution.
Thanks
