the leaf springs they are exactly straight is that normal for a 2wd?

i think you're asking if the back of your XJ is sagging....? the leafs should sit pretty flat, the best way to tell is measure from the center of the hub to the bottom of the flare, should be 17" at the back and 17.5 at the front if I remember right. (it's been a long time since mine's been stock)
