Any thing going on down there in Jan?

We are planning a trip out west this winter, AZ, So Cal and that area.
Even the Flagstaff area
Are you guys planning anything Late Dec. or Jan.?
Thought I might haul the junk along if there is any thing to do.
Just thought I would try to be out there when there is a run.

End of Jan there will be a SoCal thing in Calico probably.... and also if you give us the times we can schedule something

I definately will have the rig up and running by then so unless I roll it again... we can go wheel

As Remi said, end of January...

But before that something will happen. I know that I will want to do a snow run for instance. So don't fear, there will be a run.

All you gotta do is be nice and maybe we'll invite you :moon:

Yeah.. the only thing is that we haven't had decent snow in 3 years now!

My local club does a weekend run at Calico every New Years weekend, which will be 12-31 to 1-2 this year. You're welcome to join us, and we always have a good group of XJ's on this run. We do a couple of canyons behind Calico and also run over to Stoddard Valley and run Pumpkin Eater. Calico is in Barstow, where I15, I40, and Hwy 58 intersect.

Keep that in mind.

If you know you can make our Calico New Years event, here's a link to Calico Ghost Town's website in case you'd like to make a camping reservation. If you need a motel let me know and I'll get you the name and number of the one closest to Calico. We have a pretty good time in the canyons behind Calico, with something for everybody.
