Fuel Lines

I had a fuel leak from the fuel filter area. I first replaced the fuel line (since I just replaced the fuel filter about 1 year ago). The 3/8 fuel line I got has "not for fuel injected systems" written on it. I seemes to work fine. So what's the difference? Is it dangerous?

Yes it's dangerous, fuel injection hose is for much higher pressure than standard fuel hose.

It's been over a year and no leaking. I haven't done anything to it. I do plan on changing it the next time I do another filter though. So far so good.
