My drivers rear wheel wobbles. Bent axle?

I have a 2001 cherokee sport with the stock alloy rims. My rear left wheel has a good wobble in it. Do I need to replace the whole axle and how hard is it to put in myself. I havent done an axle replacement before. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Whoa!

Swap the wheel and tire out with one that you know doesn't wobble.

If it still wobbles with a straight one, then you may have a bent axle.

Yeah then it must be a bent axle because i rotate tires all the time. Are they a pain to put on.
