power/comfort switch wiring (wanna chuck it)

Okay, I want to get rid of the switch and wire it up so that the tranny is always in power. Don't try to change my mind. That's what I want to do.
So, what gets wired to what? I'm guessing that I just need to ground one of the wires. Which one?

Use a meter and check the operation of the switch in the power mode, then wire it up.

There's a tan wire and a blue wire with a white stripe. I grounded the tan wire. I think that worked.
