Got a larger throttle body & spacer...now what?

Just had my throttle body enlarged to 62 and a spacer, etc. After I put these on, is there anything I should do regarding tuning or computer to maximize the benefits? Also, sense all of the sensors are pulled off the throttle body, should I clean these or how should I check them out to make sure they are good?

The computer should handle the tuning. Clean the IAC with carb cleaner and maybe a toothbrush to get all the gunk off, but beware of cleaning theTPS. If you get any water or cleaner inside, you will end up buying a new one.
