How hard to wire up?

How hard is it to wire up power doors into a XJ that originally had manual windows? What about converting power doors to manual? Would you just need to swap out the regulators and make sure there is a hole in the door panel for the crank? Thanks.

Can manual regulators be installed in power doors to convert them to manual. What about doing the opposite? Anybody?
