Wires under the floor mat shorted and melted 30 amp power lock/seats fuse at box. Everything but locks/power seats work. On back of fuse block, I assumed heavy gauge red wire leading to the lock fuse was hot, but no voltage to this wire. Are there other fuses/links that I missed? 1989 Laredo, 4-door, 4 liter.
