Body swap complete...virgin run pic

The 91 XJ to 88 XJ body swap is done. The only things left to do are the quarter panel protection/taillights and build the internal cage.

It works great, although it feels just the same as the white one. Except for the 4.88 gears. I moved up from 4.56 and I'm glad I did. 4.88's rock!

I choose the shiny blue XJ because I'm all about the bling bling.

I did catch the rear quarter and hatch a little bit last night coming out of Z-turn, so I guess I'm on my way to looking like the old white one. Gotta start sometime, you know.

You mite want to address the brake hose that you are useing as a limiting strap in the photo.
