New PS Pump needed.

Well my PS pump is on its way out no my 2000. After 85,000 I can tell what rpms the motor is at by hearing the whine. Anyone know of a good heavy duty replacement or should I stick with the factory pump? Will I need to flush the fluid even though I change it yearly and it still clean?
