Rebuilding front driveshaft, need quick help

On the double cardan end of the shaft, how do you get the centering ball out of the little yoke to get the new one in? I've searched but can't find any info about that. Thanks

You've pulled both u-joints out by now, right? I was thinking of redoing mine this weekend, but seem to recall that pulling the u-joints is the key to the whole operation.

Yep, it's all torn apart. I have the centering yoke with the ball in it free from everything, and I'm just trying to figure out how to get the ball and its collar out so that I can press my replacement back in. Any ideas? I've heated it up and pried on it with big screwdrivers and stuff. Anything ideas?
