Hey,
I was working in the back of my Cherokee and I noticed that the light in the back was on. It was rather hot so I decided I was gonna take it out. Even with gloves on it made it difficult. I got a pair of pliers to push the sides together and that's when my trouble started. One of the times when I touched the metal all my lights went out and my cd player stopped working. I thought I blew a fuse so I looked under the hood in the fuse box and everything looked fine, a little help? :x

Thanks,
Kevin

Well your pliers are metal right??? you shorted the light, causing a fuse to blow. look under your dash, you have a fuse box just above the hood latch release. Start pulling fuses 1 by1 until you find it. You can even run a meter accross it to verify the fuse is good.

Thanks, I didn't know I had more fuses down there ;) I'm trying to put bed liner down and the light was getting really frickin hot. Thanks again!

Edit: When out and it was a fuse. If only I knew there was more fuses there ;) Thanks!
