Lock-rite install? Need help ASAP

I just installed a front lock-rite in my 30 and I don't know if I did it right. In the first test runs it turned fine but now it's really hard to turn and it binds up. Did I do something wrong? I just installed an aussie locker and I can't even notice it. Thanks for any help

Sorry I forgot some info. It's an 87, non-disconnect and it's binding real bad when it's in 2wd.

You did reinstall the side thrust washers, right?

I forgot to the first time I installed one and the locker never did want to unlock. Then I took it apart and reinstalled them and it worked flawlessly therafter.

The thrust washers are the very thin washers that were originally between the side spider gears and the carrier. You must reuse them.

I didn't re-use those. Where do they go in the locker? Should I also have done that for my rear danna 44?

They go in the sides, between the locker and the carrier on both sides.

IIRC the instructions say to reuse them.
