mods needed to run 33x15.5's

i have a stock 96 sport. what do i need to run tsl sx in a 33x15.5? i am looking for a 44 for the rear and will be doing the warn hub conversion for the dana 30 upfront? how much lift will i need and how much backspacing am i going to need? does anybody have pics of these tires on an XJ that is street legal?
