what tranny mates to what T-case

So I'm lazy, If nobody answers this I'll have to do some "research"

Question: Would the 4-speed manual in an '82 Chevy LUV (Isuzu) mate up to the Select-Trac case in an XJ? I've got a diesel Luv 4wd running gear that needs a new "host". The Luv is IFS and front shaft is on the wrond side. The Jeep has an automatic in it now.

I really want it because I make my own Biodiesel.

Diesel XJ's are hard to come by, and I'll take the Isuzu over the Renault any day.

What is the displacement/power output of that LUV diesel? I've been contemplating a diesel XJ/MJ for awhile and have yet to find the perfect donor.
