Rear quarter panel replacement?

One of my rear quarter panels is rusting out, and it has already been repaired before but is rusting again (i live in a snowy area) so I need to just replace it. Unfortunately I can't find any place where I could get a new one. The vehicle is an '85 2-door XJ. Anybody know where I could get one? For explanation purposes I drew a little drawing of the affected area (it is circled in red). I apologize for this terrible rendition of my jeep.
