Carburetor question

Don't replace the carburator you have now with the same type, there pretty crappy. most put webers on them.

I think a weber for that is about $400 range.

you can by a rebuild kit for your carb at napa, autozone, yada yada.. for around $25.. I will be rebuilding mine next month..

Ditto, http://www.collinsbrosjeep.com/main.htm has the whole kit, adapter and all for $399. Just don't close the hood till you take about 3/4" off of the AF mounting stud or you'll get a nasty dimple in the hood, or get the little Chrome filter http://www.webercarbsdirect.com/inc/pdetail?v=1&pid=221 and just save the stock AF and mounting adapter for those special occasions like when you go in for the smog test (if that applies to where you live) If you do a search under my posts I go into some more details about the weber in those.
