universal joint ?????'s

I have swapped out all universals on my 96 xj except the ones out at the front wheels. My xj sqeaks everytime that I make a turn on pavement as the tires rotate. Could this be the cause? also I have noticed the front tires are cupping quicker than normal between oil changes could the bad universals cause this as well? I am riding on 31x12.5 pro comps with a 3" lift.

If these u-joints are the cause of my headaches how tough are they to change?
