I have NO power to my Jeep.......

My battery is at full charge and I can't even get headlights to run...

I know this has got to be something bonehead that I am missing.....

check battery cables for good connection clean them good.
DIG IT

I am a bonehead......

It was the battery, my charger was acting funny and gave me a bad reading.

Sorry to waste your time guys.......

I'll learn one day...

Embarrased to ask this..... ........how long do I charge a REALLY dead battery.

Don't assume connections are good because they look good. Get a 12 volt test light. Start at battery, and continue until you get a no-light: post to post; now engine ground to positive post; now frame ground to positive post; now ground to positive cable clamp; now ground to main starter terminal, etc. etc. When you get a no-light, you've found your fault. If it keeps on lighting, keep on working your way through the system.
