hub conversions

Just wondering, before I start researching these, if anyone knows right off a hub conversion that wouldn't require changing out my outers to someone else's (cromo's already)?

Just for the record, the WARN kit comes with new HD shafts. I should get around to installing mine one of these months...

I made the mistake of buying the warn kit. For the money I could have had so much more. The kit has held up well though. 4X4XFAR
