How does everyone install their CA bushings

So, what does everyone use to install bushings in the lower control arms and the axle end for the upper control arms? I have a 20 ton bender, thinking I can make a fixture to use for pressing the bushings in. Is there an easier way, say like a ball joint press kit from Harbor Freight?

The $20-$40 press kits from napa/harbor freight work pretty well.
