all red / red & amber tail lights same??

I have a buddy parting out a wagoneer, and I don;t know if the tail lights were all red like the blairwood editions or if they were the originals. either way i don;t need the lense but the sockets and and bulbs and stuff.
My question is:
were the blairewood and originals wored the same with brake light on top and blinker on the bottom? or were they the brake/blinker combos? or how did they work?
would the harness with all the sockets work on a regular XJ (pre 97) that were on a Blirwood ?

You can run the Waggy taillights on an XJ (Bob Salemi is doing it), but the true Waggies have different wiring. Brake and turn indicators are shared, like on older American cars.
