Need 2 more inches from my RE 3.5" Leaf pack

I wouldn't use an add a leaf, because they are too stiff. I'd add some stock XJ or Wrangler leaves to your pack to get it the way you want it. Look down at the "suspension tuning" thread, I posted some info on doing that a few days ago.

Adding XJ leaves probably won't gain you any height. They are pretty flat to begin with, where the lift springs have quite a bit more arch. I don't know much about the YJ Wrangler leaves, they may have more arch to them. Either way you are still adding leaves to your pack and therefore stiffening it. Do you already have lift shackles? If not, they are super easy to do and most give you about 2" of lift. They do change the angles with your rear driveline though. Do you have a slip yoke eliminator? If not, you can use degree shims that slip between the springs and the axle to correct it.
