putting power doors on truck without them?

i have an 88 MJ that has window cranks and no power door locks. I can get a good set of doors from a '94 for free, but they have power windows and doorlocks. what does it take to retro-fit them? is all the wiring internal, just a power and ground going to the doors? or is it controlled from somewhere else in the vehicle?

The controls are located in the doors, but the wiring is more than just a power feed and ground to each door. You could do that, but if that's all you run you wouldn't be able to control the passenger door or window from the driver's door.

You'll need power and ground to each door, but you'll also need the wiring across the chassis from the driver's door to the passenger door.
