Daystar 1" Shackles

I bought a set of 1" drop down shackles for my 88 xj. I sag about a half inch in the ass. I'm also putting in a .75" spacer in the front. I heard the shackles give you a little over and inch. I'm wondering if some one has done this same mod and if it will level me out ? If you go to my site you will see how it sags some in the rear.
