idle problem 95 cherokee country

Hello I am new to Jeeps just purchased a 1995 cherokee with 4.0 6cyl I seem to have a wierd idle problem while in park and idle it is around 300-400 rpm ..while driving it is sometimes at a stop light stalling ..any ideas ...also when idle is low and with headlights on ..heater on.. and fog lights on voltage seems to drop to around 11 is this correct..and 1 more problem I have is all blinkers and running lights work but now the drivers side front turnsignal does not light and the dash turn indicator does not light and the rear turn flashes super fast ..any help will be appreciated
