Rustys 3 inch

Just ordered a Rustys 3 inch off the web site. First question, do I have to get an adjustable trac bar or can it be driven with the stock trac bar on a 3 inch?
Second question, I have RE adjustable CA's upper and lower, what length should I set these at for best front driveline angles.

Trac bar should be okay...Have 01 put the lift on adn still used the stock bar...

To give more info on the CA need to know what year model your XJ is...With my 01 had bad vibes...did not have any poly bushing laying around so I put a set of 4.5" LCAs I had laying around on it and vibes gone...
