what power steering fluid?

I've never dealt with my power steering system before, and the owner's manual and hayne's manual don't specify which to use...just not ATF, and must be jeep approved. I've read on here to get something that works for part #'s Gm - 9985010 or chrysler - MS 5931. Do those sound good?

BTW, i'm using a 1980 J20 steering box and my jeep is a 96. I'd like to think it's the same stuff for both. Thanks a lot _nicko_
