C4x4 rock rails

does anyone run the c4x4 rock rails? i mean the 2x2 rails, not their new step rails... do you like them? does anyone have any pics of what they look like? i can only find the 2x4 pics of these and want to see the 2x2 model

I have them they seem to be really good rails they have saved my rockers quite a few times. I don't have any good pics of them but they only stick out about an inch otherwise the same as the 2x4's If you want to run RE drop brackets and braces you have to trim the front "L" mount but they are still solid. If i wasnt so lazy I would weld a plate to connect the drop bracket brace and the trimmed front mount.

Solid protection. I've used mine as pivot points, hi-lift points, winch anchors for a little sideways shuffling - and, of course, protection for "mistakes".

The front self-tapping bolts can be augmented by putting a lockwasher and nut on the frontmost bolt - there's a hole in the frame-rail just large enough to accomodate the nut and a duct-tapted finger to hold the nut in place. I also used red locktite. Once you've got the lockerwasher compressed a little, it'll bite and you can torque the bolt down snug. With the locktite it won't be coming off without some heat.
