Anyone here with a HO head on a 87-90 renix

Hi Guys;
I recently scored a newer style intake manifold(99+) and was wondering if any of you have swapped a HO head on your 87-90, i can modify the TPS according to Joe attardo's article, but the one thing that bothers me is the EGR setup as the HO ones do not have it, any insight into this or any suggestions from those of you who have done it will be appreciated.
