Ya it is large. I don't know how to make it smaller. If you have any ideas let me know. I am using geocities.

You need to download it to your machine, use imaging software to reduce the size, then re-upload it. That is not something geocities would normally help with. Some picture hosts do have resizing, but it depends on the server side software they use.
