Petition to ammend a current limited-liablity law to include Offroad Vehicles. Our previous petition lost 800 signatures (nearly all of them) due to a computer malfunction at the hosting website. Here is our new and improved petition.

Need Support So We Can Wheel !!!!!
Recently a law was passed in Louisianna to remove landowner liability for ATV's. We are working with a LA. senator to amend the law to allow fullsize vehicles. This has been done in several other states.
We (members of LA4x4) have created an online petition for out of state residents to sign to show their support for this amendment. Out of state groups traveling to Louisiana has the potential to provide significant economic impact to the Sportsman's Paradise and this is an EASY way for fellow off-roaders to show their support!
Please fill out the petition with accurate information. Most of the land our club rides on is private property. With current laws our club is having a difficult time finding liability insurance because of this we have not had an in-state club ride in several months. With this law ammended we should be able to easily find coverage.
Please distribute the link above to everyone you know! No matter where they live, we want their signature!
