any vaccuum hose affect transmission shift

I was wondering if there is any vaccum hose that if leaking would keep the automatic transmission from shifting out of first.

If it won't shift out of first at all, you have likely blown the TCU fuse, which is an in-line fuse located under the dash, behind the glove box. A delayed shift out of first might be a bad TPS. I'm not aware of any vacuum controls on these transmissions.
