I heard something about end of the quarter, next quarter.... if you need a locker sooner, look into no slip.

Absolutely, that's my other option that I'm considering.
They look like a quality unit. How do you like yours?

I'm looking for something that I won't have too much trouble with in heavy winter conditions also.

Well, I had it up on ice/snow once and couple times in heavy rain and I have no complaints whatsoever. I will say that it drives different, and with a stick shift, it takes a bit of getting used to. Install is a breeze if you follow the directions to the letter and use enough grease to keep the parts together and don't put in the other c-clip too early (that's what I did..... and it cost me an additional hour or so :()
