2.8 - 3.4 swap - note

Just a note for the archives, when doing the 2.8 - 3.4 swap make sure the 2.8 flywheel or flex plate is machined and 0 balanced. The 3.4 is internally balanced so the 2.8 flywheel which is externally balanced will cause the 3.4 to run a bit lumpy from idle to about 2,000 rpm. The PO of mine had the swap done and the shop did not do this, I spent a week or so tweaking and trying everything to smooth it out till I finnally decided that must be the problem.... and it was. Once the shop is done balancing it I'll post back on how far out it was.
