I have the option to buy two XJ's @$700 '86 & '88.

The '86 has 120K miles apparently, 4 banger, he said just good for parts, will run under its own power.

The 88 has 149K miles, 4.0, Limited fully loaded fogs, sunroof, leather interior power every thing, with factory tow package. the owner does not know if it has D44's though..


So wada ya XJ'ers think????
 
Buy the Limited. No need to ask on that one.
 
$700 for both? Do you need to ask? You could sell to the junkyard for more than that! Buy them. Part out the 86' and you'll probably make back that $700 in no time.
 
Ditto, buy the package deal and part out the 86. If in fact the 88 has the tow package it should be equipped with the d44. my $.02
